Unknown
The American scientist Dr. Martin Harris (Liam Neeson) comes with his wife (January Jones, known from the hit series Mad Men) to Berlin to take part in a congress. After his taxi (with Diane Kruger at the helm) in an accident in the crash Spree, he is four days in a coma. Recovered, no one seems to recognize him, even worse, on the side of his wife is another man: Dr. Martin Harris.
Without papers, he tried using an old Stasi officer and the initially reluctant taxi driver, his identity to win again ...
Berlin is the perfect location for the thriller: gray and wintry cold. Although the film recalls not only in Berlin-setting to the Bourne films, even as the story on motifs from Hitchcock films (all of course North by Northwest) and the highlight of the story is not entirely unknown, but Unknown is a film with own identity, well told and cleverly constructed.
